IInformation is today a basic requirement for business success. In this respect the information has not only to be existent, but also available and transparent at any time. Health Logistics has especially for the field of distribution of pharmaceuticals new software solutions developed and validated according GxP. Central parts of our IT network are our WHM (warehouse management) solution and our merchandise management system (WAWI).
The system offers our customers besides the complete data redundancy an optimal information pool covering the complete process chain. With our web tool all of our customers receive on request a separate access to a special data warehouse system and have the possibility to create and download reports out of our data base.
Besides the opportunity for the IT connection via an existing standard interface, it is also possible, if requested, to programme customer individualized interfaces or to realise a direct reproduction of the customer IT via stand alone solution on site. By using order acceptance via our own service centre, our systems report daily on basis of defined data to the customer system and transfer all data in connection with particular business transactions relevant data.
Pharmaceutical supply has top priority in all emergency plans. Therefore also our IT fulfils special security requirements in the fields of data security and system stability
